ND101 Minitrisse
Approximate price 1250 DKK - available at Trapholt
The pulley that Nanna Ditzel designed in 1962 for Kolds Savværk, Kerteminde, was created based on the idea that children do not sit still for two minutes. They get up, stand on the chair, and then it falls over. The result is the Trissen, which can be turned, rolled, stacked and used for the rest of their lives. The mini pulley can be used in countless different situations. It's beautiful as a decoration, a small stool or as a fine and useful sculpture for a cake table or buffet.
Each piece of Trissen is handmade by skilled cabinetmakers and stands as a beautiful example of Nanna Ditzel's organic style and her understanding of Danish furniture tradition.
