ND105 Cafestol | Trisse
Recommended prices from 3.978 - 5.704 DKK
This café chair fits perfectly with the café table. Together they make the most beautiful set and invite presence, togetherness and coziness with their Scandinavian simplicity.
Designed by Nanna Ditzel in 1962 for Kolds Savværk, Kerteminde, the chair was created based on the idea that children don't sit still for two minutes. They get up, stand on the chair and then tip it over. The result was Trissen, which can be turned, rolled, stacked and used for the rest of their lives and for many generations. Since then, the Trisse series has expanded to include stools, chairs and tables, including these fine Trisse café chairs.
Each piece of Trissen is handmade by skilled cabinetmakers and stands as a beautiful example of Nanna Ditzel's organic style and her understanding of Danish furniture tradition.
The price depends on the choice of wood species and surface treatment.
